Made an appointment for 9:30, show up to the salon and it’s closed? Waited a half hour for someone to show up, nothing ! Called the salon no answer. Very unprofessional. ** update still here at 10:15 no one showed up!
Julia is great but I stopped going there because she has/had an assistant who would pull my hair so hard while detangling - even after I told her it’s hurting me - she kept on with the same brut force . This lady was constantly on her phone which is not a good look when you’re working . Back to the hair pulling - my scalp was sore the next day I’m not exaggerating. That’s when I said forget this there’s no need to torture myself .
